Comment:

 Three units were further probed with digital multimeter; the first two
 units reproduce #12766, the last unit does not:

  * CHG_LX (PQ66.1 vs PQ67.1), 7.42V, 7.42V, ... 7.42V,
  * across PR185 (PQ66.1 vs PQ61.1), 0.01V, 0.01V, ... 0.01V,
  * across PQ61 (PQ61.1 vs PQ61.8), 1.79V - 1.82V, 0.96V, ... 7.38V.

 The last measurement is unbelievable.  It isn't clear what the state of
 BGATE, LGATE, UGATE, and the battery indicator were at the time.  The
 measurement process will be reviewed.
