 Running Android build 20140407.110452 on an XO-4 with a spanish membrane
 keyboard (SKU294) with LO set to es_UY.UTF-8, KL set to es, I don't see
 the right characters printed when I type on the keyboard.

 Specifically, I'm seeing characters typed as if I was typing on a regular
 US/Intl membrane keyboard instead of the spanish keyboard.
