 When typing in my name, the onscreen keyboard says "Ok" even though all
 the onscreen prompts are in spanish.

 Running Android build 20140407.110452 with LO set to es_UY.UTF-8, KL set
 to es.

 This is working correctly once the system boots into Android.   There, the
 keyboard says "Ir" instead of "Go" (for example).
