 The issue was originally observed with SeaMonkey 2.21 which is pretty
 recent, in fatdog-arm_XO.[[BR]]
 The fcat that is not present in XO-1.75 indeed point to vmeta/dove
 version[[BR]]
 Actually is not the length/size of the page that generates the  problem
 but the css scaling of the background image.[[BR]]
 It may have wider effects as activities are moving to html5, but I guess
 we'll wait to see relevant real life problems.
