 On a SKU306 XO-4, running os7 plus an updated kernel (36da52f) and Q7B31,
 I'm seeing crashes during runin.   The result of the crash is a system
 hung with the screen powered and displaying runin information, the power
 and mic LEDs are on, and there is no response to the keyboard, power key,
 or serial console.

 A console log of the crash is attached.
