 Don't know how to look at IRQ proc counters.

 I will reflash from 13.2.1 b6 to 13.2.1 b7 and re-test those USB devices
 and Makey Makey in other activities and Terminal. Other USB devices such
 as keyboard and mouse have been working. Makey Makey was not working with
 the Write activity. I switched up the USB ports and will do that again
 when testing.
