Comment(by dsd):

 At this time a flood of interrupts come in but mwifiex_sdio_interrupt()
 ignores them because surprise_removed is set. This seems bad and making
 them not be ignored solves the problem - I think it might be a real fix.
 For more certainty, we should investigate what these interrupts signify
 when they occur at this stage.
