 these kernel commits allow coexistence of mwifiex and btmrvl:

 5e0c463 btmrvl: don't force unpowered suspends
 c232e7b mwifiex: don't force unpowered suspends
 1280dd5 mmc sdio: handle case where no card driver needs a powered suspend
 }}}

 when this kernel is added to the build, we should remove or rename the
 blacklist file that currently prevents btmrvl from loading.
