 We have fixed the Spanish HS (mechanical) keyboard issues in X and OFW at
 this point (see #12645), but the mappings from the Linux VT are still
 unusable.  In particular, it is very hard to find a tilde or asterisk
 which makes Linux hard to use.

 The priority isn't real high, as Linux works fine from the terminal, which
 uses the corrected X windows mappings.
