 The new squeak is included for all platforms in 13.2.0 build 1. That means
 Scratch is broken again. I'd like for us to have another attempt here -
 hopefully the issues can be fixed without too much trouble. If not, we'll
 just go back to the old squeak version, as our resources are tight.

 Sam, please could you briefly test Scratch and etoys on all 4 platforms.
 Be sure to test basic sound playback and recording in each case. For
 etoys, use the version shipped in the build. For scratch, use
 http://dev.laptop.org/~gonzalo/activities/Scratch-24.xo
