Comment:

 The mute control and speaker levels/graduations seem reasonable in 13.1.0
 os36.

 My headphones are a bit more sensitive though, and the first few
 graduations all sound the same (to mute, these really need the mute toggle
 enabled and not just a volume of 0% as reached by the hardware keys).
