 Got usbutils installed on both machines and got output. The previous dmesg
 text and lsusb from both laptops are attached as plain text files.

 Eric Rosenbaum has been watching the Makey Makey in use in Zambia. I'm
 sure if you need more technical details, he'd be happy to answer:
