#12622: hwclock fails in select
------------------------------------+---------------------------------------

Comment(by Quozl):
Workaround: add ''--rtc /dev/rtc'' ... the device does not exist, the
''open(2)'' call fails, and this prevents ''hwclock'' from depending on
''select(2)''. ''hwclock'' then operates fine.
