 While testing 13.1.0 build 35 on C2 laptops (8787 WLAN cards) with
 automatic suspend enabled, the laptops don't stay suspended for more than
 a second or two (perhaps 5-10 sec. at the longest).

 The laptops are associated with a WPA AP, running on channel 6.  The
 network environment is QSMC, which is pretty noisy.

 A tcpdump collected during a short period is attached.   One of the
 laptops being tested which kept waking up while the dump was collected has
 a MAC address of 20:68:9D:D2:80:A9, IP address of 172.22.125.210.
