 This looks like an issue with the graphics driver.

 - issue is only reproducible on an XO-4 and an XO-1.75

 - issue is NOT reproducible on an XO-1.5 (tested with Epiphany and Browse
 and the latest 13.1.0 build)

 - issue is NOT reproducible in sugar-build on a non-XO laptop
