Comment(by dsd):

 In arm-3.5 commit 7bbd1788f5cf, pgf finds that having the GPIO interrupt
 enabled all the time (rather than only enabling it over suspend/resume)
 makes WOL stable on 1ghz machines. So this can be retested in the next
 build.
