 it seems the EC can get confused (and refuse to run interrupt handlers) if
 it gets simultaneous interrupts under some conditions.  at least, that's
 the current theory, and avoiding get touchpad/keyboard interrupts along
 with ACK interrupts seems to prevent the current bug.

 workedaround in EC commit 9def2826f.
