Comment:

 This doesn't appear to be a complete breakage for all activities thought
 to be affected in 13.1.0 os34:

  * Distance can communicate between two XO-4s although the distance
 reported is incorrect.
  * Pippy can share with both users typing echoed to the other XO-4.
  * Portfolio doesn't seem to share (but has a known git fix).
  * It took two tries but I got Stopwatch to sync.
  * Write we know is broken.

 I saw intermittent keep errors exiting the activities on sharing XO, but
 then I was also seeing some signs of packet loss (missed chat messages,
 etc.) at home which historically has not been an issue there.  I would not
 know if the SL issue raised could cause these keep errors.

 Tested using ad-hoc and AP/Salut (no XS) between a B1 with 8686 and a C1
 with 8787.
