 I booted 13.1.0 build 34 on an XO-4 C2 laptop (SKU 299).   After booting,
 I launched browse, then went back to the home page and launched record.
 I then returned to the home page and tried to restart the laptop by
 selecting "restart" from the XO menu.

 Nothing happened.

 I tried again, with the same result.

 olpc-log log files are attached.
