 Reported by Quanta as a blocking issue:

 Power LED still light when power off. OP leave these units last night,
 when they come back on morning, power LED is off. (fail rate:3/8 ,
 CL4A&CL4B)

 To reproduce, "play laptop interactively" and then shutdown unit via the
 XO owner icon menu.

 wad might have duplicated this once, after running a lot of activities.
