 I have one laptop, a SKU296 C1, which failed runin with os9/q7b32
 installed.

 The crash symptoms are screen powered but all black, power LED on, mic and
 camera LEDs off.   There is no response to keypresses, power button, or
 the serial console.

 Frustratingly, the serial console was being logged, but the logging laptop
 seemed to find a bug in powerd and suspended itself in spite of olpc-
 nosleep.
