 Q3C13 and Q2F17 cannot read a hybrid ISO-9660 image on a USB drive if the
 partition type in the master boot record area is set to 0x17, which is
 what isohybrid uses for bootable CDs.

 Workaround: remaster the ISO-9660 image without the isohybrid wrapping.
