 Build 8, with both btmrvl and btmvrl_sdio modules deleted from filesystem,
 and with 60 second runin (tags TS rnin, BT 60):
  * hung on XO-4 B1 SKU292 with panic message, and normal graphics display.

 I think this excludes btmrvl and btmrvl_sdio from consideration as direct
 cause.
