Comment:

 Actually the bad performance problem was always there, just 0.3.10 made it
 worse with a bugfix that caused the rendering area to increase. The driver
 is extremely inefficient at accelerating composite repeats, so I made it
 avoid accelerating repeats of really small source pixmaps. Fixed in
 xorg-x11-drv-dove-0.3.11.
