 Oh yeah, thanks.

 That leaves the power cycling.  The wakeup method was "aggressive", which
 is a ten second scheduled wake, which due to difficulty getting to sleep
 will be anything from zero to ten seconds suspend time.  I see that in EC
 power.c there is a minimum time that EN_USB_PWR will be off for, if it is
 off.  So I don't see a firmware mechanism for this failure.  I don't think
 we should need to do anything in kernel for it.

 (The schematic page 3 still shows EN_USB_PWR coming from the SoC, but it
 now comes from the EC).
