Comment:

 In our current configuration, should this problem occur, runin would
 complete without failure and without testing suspend and resume.

 John, should we fail runin if this happens?  Does this SKU296 need
 examining?

 Paul, is Linux properly raising the HUB_RESET# signal on GPIO 148?

 Samuel, when you next catch it, could you please try using sdkit-arm in
 /runin to lower and raise GPIO 148?
