 1. Start up a XO-1.5 with powerd-108.
  2. Let it go into idle suspend with the display/DCON turned on.
  3. Close the XO's lid and wait 20 seconds.  The XO will be suspending
 according to the EC LED flashing, but its LCD backlight is still on.
  4. Open the lid and while opening it notice the backlight is on (it will
 soon turn off).
  5. After a few seconds the XO will blank its backlight and go into idle
 suspend again, like it should have when the lid was first closed.  The
 power button now will be required to get the XO out of suspend.
