 libgfx-marvell is a painful black box for us, and for 13.1.0 we are forced
 to take one version for XO-1.75 and another version for XO-4.

 This is silly; we should pressure Marvell and do something better in the
 future, so that we have just one version for all platforms, and (even
 better) some degree of knowledge of how it works.
