 A XO-4 connected to a HDMI monitor does not tell powerd to avoid
 suspending the XO until the HDMI connection is removed.   This already is
 done for USB2VGA adapters.

 Whenever the XO aggressively suspends to save power, the HDMI output turns
 off, blanking the external screen.

 We have discussed the need to fix this before but I do not think anyone
 has filed a ticket yet.

 Seen in 13.1.0 os26.
