 The upstream reports suggest we need a IPv6 localhost entry to go with our
 IPv4 localhost entry in /etc/hosts.

 Although that technically is a "workaround", it is something olpc-update
 could add next to the localhost6 entry, or we could just take the updated
 /etc/hosts base file.

 There is a potential risk factor though in that something which spots the
 IPv6 ::1 entry may fail to connect if a daemon actually is listening on
 127.0.0.1 only.

 I am confused why this isn't the default though.  This file was changed
 back in 2009 to match what the upstream reporters are using and implying
 is a fix:
