 This problem always happens with ''aggressive'' timing.

 With ''extreme'' timing the LED is always observed on, and an strace shows
 that arecord is stalled; the SNDRV_PCM_IOCTL_READI_FRAMES ioctl never
 returns.

 Factory uses normal timing.  So the impact of this ticket is probably that
 runin stops exercising the audio, after the first suspend and resume.
