Comment:

 In the current version of Browse (13.1.0 os25), the problem is not on
 hovering but on clicking. When you click that button the content of the
 button disappears.

 Another example is when you download a file. The Alert has two buttons:
 "Show in Journal" and "Ok". When you press one of them the text goes black
 and the icon disappears.

 I thinks this is a theme issue, so I'm assigning this one to manuq.
