 XO-4 production requires that the bluetooth capability of the 8787 wifi
 card is testable in the factory.

 The ideal option here is to have Mitch add a bluetooth test to OFW so that
 it is tested during final test, right after assembly.

 If that does not happen, the fallback option is to define a factory
 script/procedure in Linux so that it can be tested at the QA station. This
 can involve force-loading a blacklisted module or whatever.
