Comment:

 This is a bug in totem (the movie player); it does not free up the sound
 device after it has finished playing.

 It is also a side effect of #12487, which would otherwise permit audacity
 to play under such circumstances.

 As this bug is also shipped in previous software versions for XO-1.75 it
 should not be considered as a blocker for 13.1.0 or XO-4.
