 Reproduced,

 Connected from my wireless, I can use Wikipedia.  I disconnect the AP in
 neighbourhood, go back to Wikipedia, hit reload icon inside the entry, and
 I see 404.  Connecting again to my AP cause Wikipedia to work, and
 disconnecting again cause the 404 again.  There is a traceback:
