 An SKU294 with build 26, Q7B11jd, EC 0.3.09, failed to reboot, the screen
 was at the XO icon stage in Open Firmware, and the startup sound had not
 yet been played.

 There was no serial console attached.

 While attaching a serial cable, and reassembling, the rotate key was
 briefly pushed.  The startup sound immediately played, but no other screen
 activity happened.

 On connecting a serial console, an ftrace showed
