 One of the Darfon bricks we have in Miami causes the EC to use MPPT
 charging when plugged into a XO-4 C1 while said XO is powered off.

 This reproduces with Q7B11 after upgrading to EC 3.0.9.

 This was verified over EC serial since the main CPU was not running at the
 time.

 No other green brick or white wall wart power supply tried to date has
 been found to do this in Miami even with the same XO-4.

 I need to hookup EC serial to another XO-4 and see if this can be
 reproduced with the same power supply but a different XO-4.
