Comment:

 The meta question here is whether we are going to support nandblaster on
 XO-4.  So far nobody has raised their hand to say that we need it.  Reuben
 said that he has only seen it used on XO-1.

 If we don't need it, it doesn't make sense to spend a lot of effort on it.
 We would probably need new 8787 firmware, and even if the existing 8787
 firmware could be used, it's not obvious how, so we would have to do a lot
 of work to figure that out.
