 Procedure:
 1. Change language from English (USA) to Chinese (P.R. of China) and
 restart in Sugar mode.
 2. Run and close every activity when language is Chinese.
 3. Change language back to English (USA) from Chinese (P.R. of China).
 4. Right click the icon of activity and check the information in palette.
