 I install these packages with this command:

 {{{
 sudo rpm -iUv gstreamer1-plugins-base-1.0.4-1.fc18.dsd1.armv7hl.rpm
 gstreamer1-plugins-base-tools-1.0.4-1.fc18.dsd1.armv7hl.rpm
 }}}

 and then I re-ran the {{{gst-launch-1.0}}} command. The CPU usage is about
 10-20% all the time the video is being reproduced. I was able to watch it
 completely on my XO-1.75, even in full screen.

 At my understanding the patch posted on bugzilla works properly.

 @dsd: what we should do? should we include a modified rpm version on our
 build?
