 A XO-4 C1 running aggressive suspend (camera enabled, CFORTH debugging
 enabled) with Q7B11 and kernel 3.5.7_xo4-20130108.0938.olpc.6f8ae67
 resumed and was unable to enumerate a USB device.

 We will have to wait until the morning to see if a USB device is actually
 attached but personally I do not think there is.  A mostly full serial log
 exists but misses the first few seconds.
