 Uploaded a activity for testing. [1]

 The changes implemented do the following:

 * Reduce timeout used in the mousemove event from 20ms to 5 ms.

 * In the routine used to draw polygons (the brush, and all the lines and
 shapes are polygons to Paint), if the Polygon is open and is not filled,
 (the brush tool case),
 clip the area to draw to the new points added, instead of drawing all the
 polygon.

 I don't know if we can improve the x server code too, but this is what I
 can do in Paint.
