 I tried adding "h# 140 d# 35 af!" as well as "140 d# 35 af!" to the top of
 olpc-fth-boot-me (pgf's variant) and both seem to solve the issue when
 used with a olpc-dev-kernel extracted kernel outside of the .zip files.

 There appears to be an unrelated but common second hang condition in os31
 with mwifiex if we are scanning while going into suspend, even with the
 older Q7B15 firmware.  I added a comment to #12545 about that.
