Q7B16 breaks wireless suspend/resume support more than it historically has
 been with 13.1.0 os30.

When a XO-4 resumes with this firmware, the kernel reports the wireless
card is still believed to be in a suspend mode.

Both the 8686 and 8787 are affected.

The cforth "mfprtable: rename WLAN_PD to WLAN_WAKE, and set to input on
sleep" change by description would seem to be a likely culprit, although
it is unclear to me if OFW or the kernel needs to be adjusted to handle
 this.

Discussion on this seen on IRC seemed to indicate that both the EC and
firmware in this build might have issues.
