 Sometimes I saw power LED light but system is down. The way to duplicate
 is [[BR]]
 1. push power button to power up[[BR]]
 2. long push power button to force shutdown system and then quickly push
 power button again to power up[[BR]]
 3. try several times. when timing match, you may find sometimes power LED
 lights but system doesn't up.[[BR]]
 I can duplicate on XO-1.75 / XO-4.[[BR]]
 UART doesn't dump any useful information, system is down.[[BR]]
