 In the above tests my B1 was always behaving well, idling at 95% idle,
 even in unmodified state. Now I can't get that to happen again. it shows
 numbers like the C1 did :(

 However, nohz=off makes the system idle at 95% idle. So I think we are
 dealing with a nohz-related bug.
