 Testing on XO-4 B1 at 1GHz. With yesterday's PMUA_CC2_PJ bit 31 fix from
 Marvell (test firmware q7b15ph), things are now more stable here. Maybe
 50% of the time, the wakeup is immediate and error-free as you would hope
 for.

 The other 50% of the time, I have the same early hang: LED on, not a
 single resume-related message on serial.
