 I don't think we were expecting this to work yet, but 8686 WOL isn't
 working on my XO-4 B1 in 13.1.0 build 29.

 The arrival of a network packet will cause the power light to turn on, but
 the system apparently hangs there. Not a single resume message is printed
 over serial (even with no_console_suspend), and waiting a while doesn't
 change anything either.
