 We CPU usage reported on XO-4 when idle is higher than expected - even
 before introducing the graphics driver in build 28 (#12535).

 This sounds similar to #11824 so it might be worth revisiting that.
 Another suspect is mmc polling. We do poll mmc stuff on all laptop models,
 nevertheless it might be buggy and some IRC comments show that people
 suspect it might be responsible here.
