 Quite often, booting an XO-4 into 13.1.0 build 28 results in a Sugar mouse
 cursor that is not quite right. It often appears wrapped around, i.e.
 going from left to right, first you see the rightmost vertical slice of
 the mouse cursor, then you see the rest of it.
